Shardiya Navratri 2023: In Shardiya Navratri, nine forms of Maa Durga are worshiped for nine days. It is believed that during Navratri, Mother Durga comes to earth from Mount Kailash.

Sharadi Navratri Date
This year Navratri is starting from 15th October 2023 which will continue till 24th October. Navratri is of 9 days but sometimes due to increase or decrease in the date, Ashtami and Navami Tithi get shifted back and forth.
However, this year Sharadiya Navratri will last only for 9 days.
This year, Dussehra i.e. Vijay Dashami will be celebrated on 24th October.
Ghatasthapana or Kalash installation time
The auspicious time for Ghatasthapana or Kalash Sthapana of Shardiya Navratri will start from 11:44 am on October 15 and will end at 12:30 pm on October 15 itself.
