Waking Up Every Morning Like This.
Waking up every morning like this is really obstructing my growth. I’ve been doing it for so long that it’s become a habit, and I’m not sure how to break it.
I usually wake up around 7am, and I’ll spend the first 10-15 minutes of my day checking my phone, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I’ll then start working on my email or some other task that I scheduled for that day, but after about 30 minutes or so I’ll start feeling reallybusy and stressed out.
I’ll keep working until lunchtime, when I’ll usually take a quick break to eat something. After lunch I’ll continue working until around 3 or 4pm, when I’ll finally stop for the day.
This routine has been going on for so long that it’s become a habit – but it’s definitely not helping me grow as a person. By spending so much time on my phone and computer instead of focusing on important things in life, I’m limiting myself in ways that aren’t fair to myself or to those around me. It’s time to change things up and start waking up early to focus on my growth instead of on the things that are preventing me from achieving it.
